VBS provides the Veterans Administration with Feasibility and Business Consulting for Veterans who are eligible for VA Chapter 31 Self-Employment. VBS is a leading SDVOSB resource listed in the VA M28R: Chapter 8 “GUIDELINES FOR THE DEVELOPMENT AND ADMINISTRATION OF A SELF-EMPLOYMENT PLAN” (updated 9-26-17) see Page 8-7. Veterans may apply for VR&E benefits here.
All Qualified Veterans are eligible comprehensive training for their specific business vocational goal and other personal tools and supplies required for the specific business. No cash is offered under the program and support plans valued at over $25,000 must be approved by the Director of Vocational Rehabilitation and Employment Services.
