RB Green serves as the Veteran Services Coordinator for Clackamas Community College, Oregon City, OR. His Veterans Program ranked first in the West and fourth nationally by Military Times. RB is a Retired Army Captain whose awards and decorations include the Meritorious Service Medal (with two Oak Leaf Clusters), Army Commendation Medal (2 OLC), Army Achievement Medal (3OLC), Good Conduct Medal, National Defense Service Medal with Bronze Star, and the Global War on Terrorism Service Medal.
RB serves as a liaison for Oregon Veterans seeking entrepreneurial experience and small business opportunities while attending communit college.
Director of Veterans Services, St. Joseph’s University
Ralph is presently the Director of Veterans Services at St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, PA. His office is responsible for developing and implementing entrepreneurship programs for Veterans with specific focus on disabled Veterans; coordinating campus-wide programs for Veterans and dependents; and designing career development initiatives for Veterans.
Ralph served as an Officer in the USAF for eight years. On February 16, 1972 he and his pilot were shot-down over North Vietnam and were immediately captured and taken to Hanoi. He spent the next 14 months as a Prisoner of War. Ralph’s military awards include: The Silver Star; the Bronze Star with Valor w/1 Oak Leaf Cluster; The Air Medal w/4 OLC; The Air Force Commendation Medal w/2 OLC; and the Purple Heart w/1 OLC.
Carroll Bernard brings a unique 360 degree perspective to federal contracting, coaching, and training. He has also provided mentorship, counseling, coaching, and training to thousands of small businesses seeking government contracts as a counselor in the Procurement Technical Assistance Program as well as the U.S. Small Business Administration where he served as a Business Development Specialist for the 8(a) program, Veterans Business Development Officer, and Primary HUB Zone Liaison. He is also the Co-Founder of Govology.com, a website dedicated to providing government market education to small businesses online, on demand, 24/7. Carroll provides expert advice concerning government procurement contracting.
